Nancy Cartwright is founder and chairman of the board of Los Angeles-based SportsBlast, LLC, an animation development and production company for the sports world. Cartwright brings more than 25 years of experience as one of the premier voice-actors in the world to the company. Her responsibilities include producing and giving voice to Chip on the companys premier series, The Kellys.
Cartwright is best known for her role as Bart Simpson on The Simpsons, for which she received an Emmy for Outstanding Voice-Over Performance. She also provided the unique voices of Ralph Wiggum, Nelson Muntz, and Todd and Rod Flanders for the show. Cartwrights talent as a voice-actor is one of the vital ingredients that have made The Simpsons the longest-running sitcom in television history.
Cartwrights considerable talents are also evident in other award-winning shows including the voice of Chuckie in Nickelodeons Rugrats and Rufus the Naked Mole Rat in Disneys Kim Possible. She has also played popular characters on the hit animated series Richie Rich; Animaniacs; Pinky and The Brain; The Critic; God, The Devil and Bob; Mike, Lu & Og; as well as Chuck Jones final work, Timberwolf.
When not in the spotlight, Nancy enjoys volunteering in the community, supporting non-profit organizations which focus on helping children, such as Famous Fone Friends, the Make-A-Wish Foundation, The Way to Happiness Foundation and her new non-profit venture, Happy House, whose mission is to build better families, one family at a time.
