Billy Riggs
Billy eats, sleeps and drinks stock car racing from
the mechanic's side of the equation. The son of Tex
Riggs, Billy's been exposed to race cars all his life.
As a result, he is as equally at-home helping the engine
guys tune for restrictor plate racing as he is tuning
suspensions.
A quiet and contemplative guy, still waters run deep within him -- a trait
that has endeared him to both Joe and Trish, but for
